How to Install Vmware 17
1. Go to https://www.vmware.com/products/workstation-pro/workstation-pro-evaluation.html and click on the "Download Now" option under "Workstation 17 pro for windows."
2. Once the download is complete open the installer, and select "Yes" when prompted.
3. Click Next.
4. Accept the license agreement and click on "Next."
5. Select the checkmark for the enhanced keyboard drivers and for the system path then click "Next" again.
6. Leave the "Check for product updates" checked and uncheck the "Join the VMWare customer experience program" then click "Next."
7. You can check and uncheck these settings as you please and then click next.
8. Now click install.
VMWare should start to install to your computer it shouldn't take too long.
9. After you are done installing you should select license and enter your license key. You can always add the license later on.
10. You should enter the key that was given to you, If you were not given a key for VMware please contact IT at helpdesk@spatialbiz.com.
11. Hit "Finish" once you completed the License Key setup.
12. Once VMware is installed you should update the program to VMware 17.01. Download the file at this link, and close out of VMware.
Make sure you download the update file and not the full file.

13. Open the exe file that contains the update and select "yes" when asked.
14. Click "Next"
15. Accept the license agreement then click next.
16. Make sure both options are checked and click next.
17. Uncheck the "Join the VMware customer improvement plan" then click next.
18. choose the settings you want then click next.
19. Click upgrade and let it install the files for the upgrade.
